Jake’s personal experience includes being an ASE certified Master Auto Technician, ASE Master Engine Machinist, and Advanced Engine Performance certified, 17 years of experience as a technician for GM dealerships, private repair shops, Army Special Operations, machine shops, and an OEM auto manufacturing facility.
Chris has over six years with Jake’s Performance. Previously he’s worked in racing shops, independent repair shops, and machining. He enjoys working on hotrods and riding ATV’s with his kids.
Kameron is our converter builder with over 2 years at Jake’s Performance. He enjoys drag racing and working on his project cars.
Robbie makes sure orders are packaged and go out in a timely manner. He receives and stocks incoming parts orders, as well as helping out in the office with sales and service questions.
Mike is our sales and tech guy. He is the other oddball Ford guy but he’s awesome so we hired him anyway. Mike has over 20 years in the automotive industry as a tech at Ford dealerships and independent repair shops. He enjoys time with his family and working on his car projects.
Conner runs the Dyno and makes sure all our transmissions pass inspection before then palletizing them and prepping them to be shipped.
Nick runs our CNC machine. He designs parts using the CAD application, programs the design into the CNC machine, and produces the finished product.
Edwin's attention to detail and precision are great attributes for a builder of quality performance transmissions.
Jessica is the one many of you deal with on the phone. She’s the one who keeps us in order and on task. She enjoys drinking alcohol to relieve the stress of Jake’s Performance.
We also have several unmentioned, but appreciated, team members who fill in for us on an as needed basis for fabrication, machining, media blasting, and finish painting work.
